Full-service resort and spa on Fallsview Boulevard in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Wheelchair-accessible guest rooms include Room 302, with two queen beds and a roll-in shower, a rare combination. Rooms have a mini fridge, safe and coffee maker, with daily housekeeping. Room 302 has no falls view but looks toward the Skylon Tower and the nightly fireworks over the falls. The hotel is 100% non-smoking; pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome. Self-parking is C$35 per day.

ROOM 302 (guest report): Beds are 27" high on enclosed box frames; a Hoyer lift cannot fit underneath. Half-inch lip into the roll-in shower and another half-inch lip from the hallway carpet into the bathroom. No shower bench was in the room; shampoo and the handheld sprayer are at opposite ends of the shower. Grab bars behind and beside the toilet; pull-under sink. Accessible parking spaces have no striped loading aisles beside them. HOTEL (per Hilton): Accessible rooms have 32" entry and bathroom doors, a raised toilet seat, lowered light switches, closet rod, shelves and peephole. Portable shower chairs are listed; request one when booking. Accessible and van-accessible spaces in the self-parking facility. Accessible elevators with Braille, Braille room numbers, visual and audible alarms, and a TTY for guest use. NOT AVAILABLE (per Hilton): accessible route to the spa, restaurant, or meeting/ballroom area; accessible pool; accessible registration or concierge desk; closed captioning on TVs; accessible transportation.
