How it works
Four simple steps from application to published profile.
Step 1: Apply to become an Ambassador
Tell us a little about you and the communities you want to help make more accessible.
Step 2: Pick or add a place
Choose a business that has not been claimed yet, or add a new place for review.
Step 3: Collect accessibility details
Use AbleVu's guided prompts to add photos, measurements, sensory notes, parking, entrances, restrooms, seating, and other helpful details.
Step 4: We take a quick look, then it's live
We check for completeness and accuracy, not perfection. Most submissions publish within 24–48 hours with an Ambassador Created label so travelers can use them right away.
What makes a strong AbleVu profile?
You do not need to be an accessibility expert. AbleVu guides you through the details that help visitors decide whether a place fits their needs.

What happens after you submit

Submissions are reviewed before publishing so profiles stay useful, consistent, and trustworthy.
Published with Ambassador Created label
Once approved, your submission publishes with an Ambassador Created label and is visible to everyone right away.
Businesses can add to it later
If the business later claims the listing, they can add to or correct the information. Claiming isn't what makes your details visible — approval is.
City Missions
Access Ambassadors can also take part in City Missions — organized group data-collection events. A school, disability network, or volunteer group can get trained by our team and spend a day (or longer) together collecting accessibility details for a set of places in their community. A mission might be one dedicated Ambassador running a class project, or a whole group pitching in — either way, every submission still posts under the individual Ambassador's own account, tracked and credited the same as any other Ambassador Created listing.
