Capital City Market
Capital City Market is a neighborhood grocery store, focused on bringing fresh, affordable, and local products to the downtown Lansing community and beyond. We know you’ll love our low prices and beautiful assortment of fresh produce and locally-made products. Capital City Market also features a full grocery selection including the Meijer and national favorites you already love. Be sure to visit our in-store cafe, which is home to Ferris Coffee, Goodfellas Deli, and Hissho Sushi. Plus, we have FREE parking! We have also partnered with the Mid-Michigan Autism Association to bring sensory-friendly shopping hours to Capital City Market. On the second Saturday of each month from 8:30am-10am, we are creating a sensory-friendly environment by dimming the lights and turning off in-store music. The store will still be open to the general public, however we have selected the hours based on times when our in-store traffic is typically less busy. These special hours are designed for our customers experiencing (but not limited to) PTSD, sensory processing disorder, anxiety, migraines, dementia, autism, epilepsy. Special thanks to the Mid-Michigan Autism Association for their partnership, and in assisting us with offering a more inclusive shopping experience for our customers.
